We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in #Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems (Windows OS).
- Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain records of daily support, installations, and system configurations.
- Ensure all systems and applications are updated with the latest patches and updates.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, and antivirus tools.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware (Desktops, Printers, Scanners, etc.).
- Good understanding of LAN/WAN technologies.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
