We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support our human resources department. The HR Coordinator will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HRIS maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS database, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including addressing employee inquiries and resolving conflicts.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
