We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer & Content Developer to design and develop impactful learning solutions. This role involves creating engaging and effective training materials that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Web-Based Training (WBT) materials.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and design curriculum.
• Create storyboards and develop engaging eLearning content.
• Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ensure SCORM compliance.
