Overview
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Executive to provide technical assistance and support to our organization's computer systems and users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT principles and excellent problem-solving skills. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing timely support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to senior IT staff.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
- Document and track support requests in a ticketing system.
- Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of computer networks and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with Active Directory and remote support tools.
