Responsibilities:
1. Respond to technical assistance requests in person, over the phone, and electronically. π
2. Identify and escalate situations that require urgent attention. β οΈ
3. Follow standard help desk procedures. π
4. Track and route problems and requests while documenting resolutions. ποΈ
5. Monitor and follow up on hardware inventory. π₯οΈ
6. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. π§
7. Install and configure computer systems. βοΈ
8. Support wireless networks and access points. π
9. Conduct regular PC health checks to ensure optimal performance. π
10. Ensure that all devices are functioning properly. β
Qualifications:
1. (1-2) years of experience in a similar role, including local and wide area network management. π
2. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. π
3. Bachelorβs degree in Information Management Science, Computer Science, or Information Engineering. π
4. Strong supervisory and communication skills. π£οΈ
5. Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certifications are preferred; however, candidates who have attended A+ or Network+ courses will also be considered. π
6. Must be a resident of the city. ποΈ
7. Training skills are desirable. π
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. βοΈ
