We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Executive to join our team and support end-to-end management of IP-related matters, contract vetting, legal documentation, and compliance.
- Handle IP matters - trademarks, copyrights, and licensing agreements
- Draft, review & negotiate IP-related contracts and NDAs
- Coordinate with external legal advisors & consultants
- Maintain IP portfolio & track renewals
- Conduct legal research & ensure compliance
