Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Secretary to support our Wills & Estates team, with some generalist responsibilities. The Legal Secretary will provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys, ensuring efficient operation of the legal office. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of legal procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence, such as wills, trusts, and estate plans.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones and managing mail.
