We are seeking a talented and creative Pastry Sous Chef to assist in managing our pastry section. The Pastry Sous Chef will work closely with the Pastry Chef to create delicious and visually appealing desserts, pastries, and baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
* Ensure the quality and consistency of all pastry items.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Assist with menu development and recipe creation.
* Supervise and train pastry staff.

* Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Pastry Cook.
