Job Description
<ul><li>Prepare the Manpower Plan for all departments.</li><li>Manage the entire recruitment process (from planning, coordinating, and identifying required vacancies, meeting with department managers, advertising, screening CVs, and matching requirements, all the way through to interviewing and hiring).</li><li>Publish job advertisements on appropriate platforms (LinkedIn, Bayt com, and local platforms).</li><li>Manage both types of recruitment (local and external) and follow up on visas and authorizations with recruitment agencies.</li><li>Conduct preliminary interviews (phone or virtual) and coordinate interviews with the hiring manager.</li><li>Effectively negotiate salaries and incentives in coordinating the signing of employment contracts.</li><li>Manage the candidate database and update the HR system with accurate records of each candidate's status.</li><li>Preparing and communicating with new employees before starting work ( On-boarding ) including:<ul><li>Preparing contract, employee file, email, office supplies, and access to systems.</li><li>Preparing a welcome pack containing job details, a brief overview of the company's culture, and internal regulations.</li><li>Organizing an introduction program on the first day of work, which includes a tour of the office, introductions to colleagues, and an explanation of internal policies.</li><li>Coordinating a training plan for the new employee (functional, cultural, and technical).</li><li>Helping the new employee integrate into the work environment through meetings and activities with team members.</li><li>Monitoring and evaluating the new employee through holding periodic meetings during the probationary period (30, 60, or 90 days) to measure their integration and job satisfaction.</li><li>Reporting on the performance of the orientation or onboarding program and assisting in suggesting any improvements or additional ideas.</li></ul></li></ul>
