We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing professional with a strong background in the construction industry, specifically in building schools, bridges, hospitals, and other large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales and business development within construction and possess strong relationships with contractors, developers, and relevant government or private organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in construction projects.
Maintain and grow strong relationships with contractors, developers, and other key clients.
Prepare, review, and deliver technical and commercial proposals/quotations to clients.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Sales/Marketing in the construction industry.
Ability to prepare and manage technical and commercial proposals/quotations.
Existing strong relationships with contractors, developers, or government/private organizations.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
