Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing professional with strong knowledge and experience in the solar industry, specifically in solar panels and batteries. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales and business development within the solar sector and possess strong relationships with solar companies, contractors, and distributors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets. Identify and generate new business opportunities in the solar industry. Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients, contractors, and distributors. Prepare, review, and deliver technical and commercial proposals/quotations to clients. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and after-sales support. Requirements: Proven experience in Sales/Marketing in the Solar industry (panels and/or batteries). Ability to prepare and manage technical and commercial proposals/quotations. Existing strong relationships with solar companies, contractors, or distributors. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong market knowledge and networking ability. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
