The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales and business development within these sectors and possess strong relationships with relevant clients, contractors, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in wind farm projects and hybrid concrete solutions.
Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients, contractors, and distributors.
Prepare, review, and deliver technical and commercial proposals/quotations to clients.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
Requirements:
