Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support our team. The SLPA will assist the Speech-Language Pathologist in providing therapy to patients with communication and swallowing disorders. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the SLP in conducting screenings and assessments.
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of the SLP.
• Document patient progress and report observations to the SLP.
• Prepare therapy materials and maintain equipment.
• Provide support and encouragement to patients during therapy sessions.

Required Skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• SLPA certification or licensure.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
