Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will primarily focus on Talent sourcing (60%) and Client Account Management (40%). The role will play a critical part in fulfilling client hiring working along with vendors and clients in fulfilling the postions. Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing (60%)
Understand job requirements by coordinating closely with clients.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment tools, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions.
Ensure timely delivery of profiles to clients and coordinate interview processes.
2. Client Account Management (40%)
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Manage client relationships by understanding their talent needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Resolve any client concerns or escalations promptly.
Work towards maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a proven track record of successful placements.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including using job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/tools.
