Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers via email, phone, and chat.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Development) to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Document and track customer issues and solutions in our support system.
Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in creating knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other self-service resources for customers.
