Conduct thorough investigations and mediate workplace disputes.
Build and sustain positive employee relationships.
Performance Management
Design and implement performance management systems.
Conduct evaluations, goal setting, and talent development sessions.
Analyze employee performance metrics to drive improvement.
Compensation & Benefits
Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Perform market research and salary benchmarking.
Ensure compliance with benefits administration protocols.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and deliver impactful learning programs (soft skills, technical).
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Partner with external providers to expand training opportunities.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Oversee risk mitigation strategies and HR audits.
